Onshore Medical Operations Assistant Intern - Remote
Join MHG’s Onshore MedOps team to help grow our global medical and transportation network and keep daily operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Source and vet medical facilities and transportation providers in priority regions.
Interview providers and help expand MHG’s partner network; maintain accurate records.
Coordinate meetings across time zones; manage agendas, take notes, track actions.
Support negotiations, rate comparisons, invoicing prep, and document control.
Assist with basic compliance checks and provider credential validation.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written English.
Strong organization, communication, and follow-through.
Confident interviewing and stakeholder coordination.
Proficiency with Google Workspace
Nice to Have
Healthcare operations, medical terminology, or credentialing familiarity.
CRM/vendor tools
Interest in maritime, logistics, or medical coordination.
French/Spanish/Portuguese
