A driven Clinic Manager to lead and grow a modern ophthalmology clinic in Ioannina, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and patient-centered care.
Role
We are seeking an experienced, results-oriented Clinic Manager with a strong background in
healthcare administration and operational management to lead our ophthalmological private one
day clinic in Ioannina.
The ideal candidate will bring 4-5 years of hands-on experience in the healthcare sector,
combining leadership, financial oversight, and IT literacy to ensure the clinic’s efficient and
sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate all day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring collaboration between
medical, administrative, and technical teams
Participate in budgeting, financial monitoring, and cost-control processes, ensuring fiscal
responsibility and transparent reporting
Supervise IT infrastructure, networking and digital systems (EHR, ERP, CRM, BI tools) in
close cooperation with internal and external consultants
Drive performance management, KPI tracking, HR evaluation system and operational
excellence across departments
Support strategic planning in sales and marketing initiatives - business development
Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and quality assurance protocols
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business model innovation in
alignment with clinic goals
Support external relationships with medical suppliers, pharmaceutical partners, and
insurance providers

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management or related field
(Master’s preferred)
4–5 years of experience in healthcare administration or a related operational leadership
role
Demonstrated experience with financial management, budgeting, and reporting
Strong familiarity with IT systems supporting clinical operations (ERP, EHR, PMS, CRM)
Strong analytical, communication, and problem - solving skills
Excellent command of English and Greek (written and spoken)
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage up, down, and across an
organization, managing multiple priorities
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude
High emotional intelligence and team-oriented leadership style
Experience in scaling operations, launching new service lines, or managing capital
projects
